Take a manned centrifuge as an example. In the cockpit of a manned centrifuge, there are a lot of monitoring equipment, including high-definition cameras, rotation signal stop buttons, cockpit personnel's ECG reading equipment, etc. These electrical equipment consumes a lot of energy when working, as well as the generated signals, ultimately need to be transmitted through conductive slip rings. The speed of conductive slip rings used in manned centrifuges will not exceed 500rpm. Whether there are via holes depends on the manufacturer's design plan.
