Pneumatic hydraulic rotary union used in industrial automation mechanical ARM

In the automated production lines of industries such as automobile manufacturing and 3C electronics, pneumatic hydraulic rotary union are widely used in the rotating joints of multi-joint robotic arms to achieve continuous supply of media for terminating actuators  ( such as welding heads and vacuum suction cups ).

Application scenario analysis

Taking the automobile welding line as an example, the fourth and fifth axis rotating parts of the six-axis robotic arm need to transmit cooling water (for welding gun traction), compressed air (pneumatic drive fixture) and power at the same time. The pneumatic hydraulic rotary union allows the robotic arm to rotate 360° continuously without entanglement, ensuring that the production rhythm is not entangled. Some advance robotic arms use customized pneumatic hydraulic rotary union, which support synchronous transmission of 8-channel hydraulic/air pressure and 24-channel electrical signals, and the traction loss is less than 0.2N·m.
