With the development of modern communication technology, optical fiber communication as a relatively new technology has already occupied a very important position in the field of communication. Optical fiber communication is used as the carrier of information to communicate with optical fiber as the transmission medium.And the communication capacity is very large, the transmission distance is very far away. The ability to solve the problem of insufficient spectrum resources in the process of electrical communication and expand the bandwidth to 20THz(Hertz) increases the transmission speed of the resource.

Fiber optical rotary joint is a reliable transmission device which uses optical fiber as the data transmission medium to connect the signal and data of the rotating parts of the device,especially suitable for need unrestricted, continuous or intermittent rotation, and also need to send the large capacity data from a fixed position to the rotational position, signal, can improve mechanical properties, simplifying the operation system , to avoid  the damage of the fiber activities during the joints rotating. The existing technology of optical fiber slip ring consists of stator, rotor, axis and sleeve.During the welding process has the following disadvantages, the conductive wire in different color for realization of ultimate plug with external shell welding(such as the 12 circuit slip ring with 12  different color wires, which through stator and rotor). so it is not only low efficiency but also increasing the error rate. Because the complex process for conductive wire in the stator and rotor leakage line, need to cut same length after welding, pressure well the metal terminals (connectors) one by one, then these terminals (connectors) will be inserted to plastic plug in corresponding position.

And the process of the welding of the stator parts, the glue is fixed twice,the certain time requirement in the drying process of glue,so this process is also reducing the production efficiency. Meanwhile, as the the conductive wire is too soft to fix the metal ring during doing rotor injection. The difficult sectional mold and easy to broke the metal ring, that cause big scrap rate.  It is possible for insertion omission of the manual operation in the inserting of metal pin into the socket. Even the traditional welding method lead to the decrease of the production efficiency of the whole fiber optical rotary joint.
